I've been a customer for many years and can highly recommend. excellent customer care. time taken to explain the outcome of the different tests. friendly staff and good advice on choosing frames and lenses.

I've been going to this optician all my life and will never change, absolutely amazing customer service. lovely, polite, friendly staff they will go above and beyond. they take their time with the eye examinations and don't rush. they cater for low end all the way up the high end designer glasses. highly recommend 10/10 thank you

Newly refurbished premises, giving a modern professional appeal. optician very thorough and helpful, extremely pleasant relaxing manner. young lady (sorry forgotten name) was very patient in choosing frames, not pushy at all and very helpful at all times. not the first time i have been to this practice and will certainly continue to use them very reassuring that with it being a small business, you are likely to encounter same staff which gives that security not experienced in larger organisations.

Had a phone call for a cancellation appointment so my appointment was moved forward which was great. both staff working were kind and thoughtful listening to my concerns. every test was done to rule out any concerns. referral was wrote to the doctors for me which has been ever so helpful. the lady on reception was helpful in recommending which glasses suited me best. and i’ve been kept up to date about when to collect my new glasses. can not recommend enough! wouldn’t go anywhere else

First time at norwood perrin in royston, eye examination was very thorough, relaxed atmosphere, and nothing was no trouble. came out very happy with outcome. looking forward to my new spectacles, chosen with no hassle, and plenty of time to be sure of what i had chosen.
