Always a warm welcome here. First started buying my pet supplies from here back in 2013. The customer service is second to none. On my first ever visit I was looking for a specific dog food. They didn't stock it but ordered some in for me. Can't ask for better. My dogs are also very partial to the doggy black pudding they sell.

Owners are Very helpful. Went looking for a collar for our new dog and wasn't sure which size was right. Was a prefect fit and got a lead to match. She looks lovely in the colour I got her. He was very happy to let us return it if we needed to.

Very friendly and great customer service. Measured and fitted our dog for a harness and gave advice about treats suitable for a sensitive stomach. Not expensive. Bright and modern looking store.
