GlynH. I have been a chronic back pain sufferer for over 30 years dealing with pain from my lower lumbar back area to my upper back and neck. The practical 'hands on' physiotherapy and associated technical expertise I receive at SYP&RC is outstanding, enhancing my quality of life and keeping me active. At a young 68 years of age, I have played sport most of my life and I am still walking the moors, hills and fells, which, without John's (Physiotherapist) level of expertise, I do not think would be possible.

Thank you to John for really helping me with a back injury I sustained whilst I had been unfortunate to have someone drive into me whilst very heavily pregnant. The pain was at first after my accident was 9/10 and my anxiety levels hit the roof but John listened to me and my worries, I was really nervous about going for physio therapy and concerned the pain would become worse. But I needn’t have worried, since my sessions with John I am now able to do things I did before the accident like’ walk my dogs, pick my daughter up without whinching in pain. I am also still carrying on with the excersises John has given me to do at home. Thanks so much John, lovely guy and you’ve helped me no end. Highly recommend this warm inviting centre to anyone who’s worried about pain/anxiety/people not listening. 5***** Thank you :) Sarah

My first time here after been told I would have to wait until October for my first NHS consultation. I was made to feel at ease (even though I couldn't move!) and I now feel a lot more positive with how to make me better! Thank you!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough. John is very professional and after a few sessions had my shoulder almost back to normal

Excellent. Have used this physio centre on numerous occasions over the last few years and have never been dissappointed. True professionals. Really helpful, approachable and friendly. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
