Andy and the team have been fantastic. My 92 year old father has ageing gas appliances which had not been serviced. Unsurprisingly come colder weather they refused to work. Andy came AT ONCE, got Dad's heating on, and returned again the same day with carbon monoxide sensors to ensure his safety. Other members of the team followed up with full servicing of all appliances, and found a dead pigeon blocking the back of one fire. I cannot speak more highly of this company, their care and consideration for an elderly person speaks to their values. FANTASTIC SERVICE, QUALITY AND CARE I won't go anywhere else for my plumbing and heating needs.

Had Chris come over and fixed my boiler for me. Very Professional and friendly. Lovely person and guided me through every step of the process and made it easy to understand. Would recommend giving Koncept Plumbing a call if you're in a tight spot.

Honestly could not fault anything about my dealings with this company, they have been fantastic. I got an immediate response to my query last night and they were out today and got the job done. Outstanding service, professional, helpful and friendly they just get the job done. When Andy picked up the phone I knew I was in the right hands. Chris was amazing. At 2.30 on a Friday afternoon he sourced the part I needed and came back to fit it. I've saved their number and quite honestly won't use anyone else again.

I booked in for an electric shower replacement. The job was done quickly and efficiently the following day. Very happy with the service provided, so I will definitely be using Koncept again for any future plumbing repairs.
