Really felt supported through the whole process. Amelia/Amy and Summer who were absolutely amazing. They said they would find me a job with my requirements and specifications and that's what they did in the space of a week! They kept me updated throughout the whole process. This was my first time using a recruitment agency and I can honestly say I cant thank Amy enough. From our first telephone call to her txts asking how I was getting on after been in my new job 3 weeks, she as been amazing. I cant recommend them enough.

I contacted Essential Recruitment via telephone and got an interview the next day. Amelia interviewed me who was brilliant, friendly and very informative. Unfortunately the following week the position I had applied for had filled however Amelia let me know and when another position came up called me straight away with another position - which I then started the following day. Extremely happy!

I’ve work for essential for 6 week now. I went and asked for bakery work at my local factory and they got me in. The staff are friendly and helpful especially Abbie who is lovely. I would like more shifts but maybe that is because of Essentials popularity. I am very happy to be working for Essential and I hope the feeling is mutual. 5* S.

I have been registered with essential for a while as I applied for a position a couple of months ago which I didn't take . But yesterday I had a message asking if I was interested if going to a warehouse which happened to be ten mins away from my home and I jumped at the chance I replied to the message and was quickly called by Amelia who ran through the position and all the details . I attended an induction today to start on Monday . What more could anyone ask for . The speed and efficiency of the process has been perfect. I will be working my last shift tonight working in a unhappy environment elsewhere to be starting a fresh on Monday through essential. Thanks for the opportunity
