Big big thanks to all the staff at thomas masters, the team came in and packed everything up, this was done with care all well packaged, they came the day after removed all our furniture with care and moved us into our new home, all was done with great care, again thank you all for the smooth move 👍

After 15 years being in my beautiful home me and my husband had decided that now was the time to make the plunge and move to our forever home. as you can imagine the anxiety and sheer thought of moving with 15 years worth of possessions was daunting to say the least, but what can i say, thomas masters came to the rescue! from the initial quotation visit i had with michael, the email correspondence with natalie through to the actual removal day mine and my husbands minds were completely at ease and nothing was too much trouble for the guys! i was gob smacked with how quick and efficient they were! from arriving at our property at 08:30 we were packed up and unpacked at our new property by midday!! fantastic! wow! the guys were kind, funny, friendly and fantastic. we could not fault them at all! at our new property it was a sad occasion for all concerned, especially the elderly lady of the property who was still there to say her final goodbyes after 60 years and the guys were very empathetic and respectful of this. i found that to be a very dignified moment. thank you. upon leaving me and my husband at our new property all of the team took the time to shake our hands and wish us well. such a personal moment and one i will never forget. thank you lads! keep doing what you do cos you’re doing great! hats off to thomas masters 😊

Thomas masters was highly recommended to us by a previous customer and we were not disappointed. from the beginning to the end thomas masters team were brilliant. they were professional, friendly and committed to help in every way they could. they had an enormous task in hand with heavy, difficult, awkward and fragile items to carry and remove. they had no worries about any part of the removal process and they really couldn’t do enough to help and nothing was too much trouble for them which obviously made the removal process easier. absolutely nothing was damaged and everything was well wrapped and packed. we have nothing but praise for the team and will definitely return to thomas masters in the future. thank you for your help. we highly recommend this firm.

We moved house recently with this company. the guys were amazing! it must have been the hottest day of the year! and despite that they remained polite, professional and quick, with a lovely bit of humour thrown in to make such a stressful time as easy as it could be. thanks again.

We used thomas masters for a recent long distance move with full packing service. they were there on time very reasonably priced and worked around the previous owners of our new house as they unfortunately hadn’t removed all of their belongings on completion. gave the lads plenty of drinks and snacks and they worked really hard to get the job done. would highly recommend
