What a great experience from start to finish. originally spoke to richard friday teatime to get help with our leaking flat roof and he couldn't have been more helpful, talking me through the options. sean came out on the saturday to assess the damage and get us watertight and safe for the weekend. by thursday they had fitted a new flat roof with the firestone set-up and cleaned everything away. all the staff that came out were polite, courteous and professional, they even apologised for the noise as my wife was working from home! great team and great all round service. certainly recommend. 10/10
Great service from the team at bpr. they were quick to come out to help try to fix a leak in our flat extension roof when the weather was bad, and we consequently had our roof replaced with them! nothing was too much trouble, richard was always on hand to help and give advice considering our insurance company refused to pay for the work! cracking team. they were timely, efficient, tidy and overall did an excellent job. would highly recommend!
We needed a complete re-roof after another company (who i can't name) didn't install insulation to comply with the building regulations. i can't recommend bpr highly enough. they communicated clearly every step of the way and demonstrated professional knowledge as well as taking pride in their work. great work - many thanks!
From receiving the quote to having all the work done (full re-roof, fascia's/guttering and changing a flat garage roof to a pitched roof), the team at bpr roofing were professional and efficient. they explained my options with the pitched roof, helping me decide on the size and position of the velux window. they got to work straight away and cleared the rubbish daily. the end result is fantastic and i would highly recommend bpr roofing services to anyone. thank you!
Complete re-roof of a high terrace on a very busy main road managed with a minimum of fuss. responsive and professional throughout with all work carried out to a high standard. very happy to recommend.
