Just rung DPA this morning and spoke to a guy called Dave after having an issue with our alarm going off. Dave couldn't have been more helpful. He talked me through what could be the problem and helped me sort it all out over the telephone talking me through step by step. He was friendly, extremely helpful and patient. First class service. So after the winds damaged my alarm box, searched on line, came up with this firm, gave them a ring, they gave me the prices, asked when they could visit, 1 o'clock be okay. They turned up early, a great start, they were efficient, knowledgeable and even serviced my system while they here, defo would use them again.. and the price paid was reasonable...
