I booked a spa day. Unfortunately one day before the visit my booking was cancelled due to the staff sickness. I rebooked for a different date and the massage was really nice, body scrub was ok, what I didn't like that much was a scalp massage. It was a bit too intense. The lady however was really nice and asked me if I want her to focus on any specific area on my back, if I would like to have oil in my hair for the scalp massage etc... The lady at the reception was also very nice, explained everything in detail where to go, what facilities they have... The cafe was good too. A nice chatty lady behind the counter :) and fresh yummy smoothies! They have a pool with 2 hot tubs (unfortunately the bubbles switch from one to the other, they don't bubble at the same time) what I really like they have a relaxation room where noone can talk! I always miss this in UK Saunas as ppl usually blablabla all the time when you want to relax. Showers have closed cabins which is also an advantage. If you want to book a spa day look at the pool times (as during the weekend there are sessions allowing kids to come in) so I would be sure to book during a different time to avoid the disappointment
