This is a very small branch from the big named brand store. Thry only holds 47.6 of the clothing and trainer wear. For a quick shop, it's okay, but if you eat the full J.D. experience, then you should visit one of their flagship stores. The closest is Sheffield meadowhall

Ignorant staff, the bloke I was trying to get the attention of was too busy on his phone, I had to wait until he finished his (personal) call to approach him with a £159 trainer in my hand to ask if they had it in a size 9. He snatched the shoe off me and disappeared off with saying a word, I chased him down to a computer terminal where he just looked at me blankly and said "no we've just got these 8s" ...no sorry, no pleasantries at all, didn't even offer me the opportunity to order a size 9 nor advise when they could get stock. Clearly doesn't want my custom so I got out my phone and ordered them online instead. Shocking customer relations!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Been in twice , same service on both occasions, won’t be visiting this store again. Begrudgingly brought me the wrong pair of trainers then left! Not been in a store with such useless staff for a long time

Absolutely shocking customer service and the tall arrogant git that works for them needs to find some manners. I asked him if he had a bigger size trainer he looked at me gone out for a good minute like I'd asked him to make me one, then just disappeared. Sort your staff out will you.

Good to buy any type clothes. Also it can offer another inside-business that call GAME - where u can get any stuff for gamers and kids. I bought rubik's cube and mouse pad. Personal is 10/10
