Got picked up today by Alex in a clean, ice cold VW transporter. He turned up 5 minutes early, was efficient in his service and very polite. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

We used platinum travel for the 1st time and we weren't disappointed. From booking to being dropped off home, excellent, I really can't fault a thing. Our driver was Alex, he dropped us off and picked us up. He was extremely helpful, friendly and great with my kids. Alex was chatty and happy to answer questions from my eldest 2 and on the way back even told jokes and played I spy with my eldest 2. I found this really helpful as we had 2 little ones to sort. Alex kept in touch on the days we were being picked up, I found this to be very professional and helpful. If you're looking for a travel company to and from the airport, this is the one to use. We will definitely use again, no hesitation, amazing, thank you platinum travel and thank you Alex.

Just want to say a big thank you to platinum travel Barnsley for the fantastic service they provided taking me and my daughter to and from Manchester airport for our family holiday to Spain, from the very start of the journey going We were greeted with a very polite and lovely driver (sorry I’m terrible remembering names) he made our journey to The airport so relaxing and stress free and we were dropped right where I needed to be and same goes for coming home too we were collected promptly and had a pleasant journey back home :) can’t recommend them Enough I’ll definitely be using them again It’s definitely a 5* from me and Poppy thank you again Platinum Travel :)

Would highly recommend Platinum, we had Matt as our driver to and from Manchester airport. The mini bus was immaculate and his service was excellent, he was friendly, helpful and it was a pleasant journey. We were able to track the driver both ways so we were put at ease that everything was still booked and running on time. They stored our car seats safely and had them ready for us on our return. We will absolutely be using Platinum again when we need to. Thankyou Matt and the booking team.
