The best yoga and pilates in town! I've tried yoga and pilates in different settings but this is the best there is. If you think yoga and pilates is "just stretching", you need to visit Mind, Body and Spirit. I've been attending the Yogalates sessions on Thursday evenings for over a year now and each session challenges me in a different way, be it strength, balance or coordination. Michelle is incredibly knowledgeable and works with people of all abilities, from people needing rehab following illness or surgery, to bodybuilders who want to work their deeper core (I challenge you to try it!), or others who need a more serene environment to focus their minds and find peace in their lives. The studio is well equipped and Michelle always provides options and guidance depending on people's abilities; she is so supportive. I'm so happy I stumbled across this place, as someone mentioned in another review, it truly is a hidden gem! ❤️
