Called out of the blue for a brake bleed on short notice as i needed the bike ready for an event. not only were they able to take a look the same day but they diagnosed a different problem, for which they were able to source and fit the parts needed and get the bike all fixed and ready for collection in good time for the event. went over and above, bike feels great again! thanks! :)

Purchased a new bike for my son yesterday which he is thrilled with. great bike that it’s hard to get him off of now, up and down the seafront all day yesterday and this morning. not only am i keeping him off of the electronic pacifiers, he is making me fitter in the process. great customer service, very good “can do” attitude (rare these days) and all without being “pushy”. “mini me” is very impatient and wanted the bike there and then. nothing was too much trouble for the staff. bike was prepared and ready to go while we waited! highly recommend this shop.

Put an old, pretty worn out bike in that was needing lots of work. it now rides like new & very reasonable price too! they’ll be the only place i use from now on - he even made some adjustments for me without charging more. perfect customer service from a very knowledgeable mechanic. (i think his name was dave, but since my stroke my memory isn’t very good, so apologies if i’m wrong)
