Firstly, the man who served me was extremely helpful 👍 great start. then kelly fitted 2 new bulbs and she was an absolute delight. what a pleasure to see someone take great pride in what they do! kelly, you are brilliant - made my day.

First visited the bike centre to collect a bike i had ordered, very friendly & helpful staff. then i was offered the free car health check which was completed by kelly who was equally as helpful and friendly, even stopped the traffic so i could park in a more convenient spot for the health check !

I was served by a worker named kelly. she provided me with one of the best customer service experiences that i ever experienced in a long time. her approach and kind manner in which she helped me fit my windscreen wipers really was appreciated. she even filled up my car with screen wash to make sure my wipers were working correctly on my car. i think this is something that other colleagues should follow because it makes customers like me happy and return to shop again. her service, communication and manner of assisting me was simply 10/10. thank you kelly & halfords basildon!

Halfords stores vary in size and facilities. the basildon branch is a bigger store which also has cycle maintenance and a larger selection of car and motorbike options. there are technicians available. it's worth calling ahead to the call centre who will check if there is availability if it's short notice. prices are reasonable. the store is larger and fairly well stocked. it's a busy store so expect a bit of a wait at the tills. this is the only area it could improve on as there are limited staff at times. staff are friendly and there is access for everyone including a lift to the upper floor. overall comparing halfords stores this is a better one.
