I was amazed by the service delivered by the body shop. the entire team were friendly, efficient & had expert knowledge of repairs needed to be done. dave kept me updated throughout the whole process. well done to all of you & thank you very much for your excellent service.

I chose c&d services to repair my damaged fiesta 21 plate. there was severe damage to the drivers side door and passenger door written off with damage to front and rear wings. it was a mess! i took my car to basildon and spoke to steve, the owner of the business, and found him very pleasant and reassuring. he told me that the car would take around 3 weeks to repair and given the damage i guess it wasn't surprising. my car was picked up from home and delivered back to me within the estimated time. c&d also gave me regular updates on the repair so that i was able to order a replacement hire vehicle with the minimum of fuss. i was a little apprehensive given the level of damage but i needn't have been. my car was returned to me in 'showroom condition', it looked like it has just rolled off the production line. well done guys, you all did a great job and the paintwork was totally integrated, you could not tell that there had been any damage at all. if you need a repair give them a call. as for me i wouldn't go anywhere else. five stars! john woods - rainham essex

I was asked to take my car by essex kia to inspect an issue on the paintwork which could have lead to a warranty claim. i arrived at c&d and was met by paul. an incredibly lovely man who within a few minutes told me what the issue was with the paintwork - bird droppings! he took the car into the workshop, polished the area to remove around 95% of the issue. when he returned, he gave me a wealth of information and advised that he would not recommend a respray as in his words 'it would be robbing you'. i appreciated the time that he took with me, his honesty and the level of information that he gave me to help keep my paintwork as good as it can be. thank you so much paul - it was so lovely to meet you and i would thoroughly recommend you to anyone who needs someone honest and genuine to look after their car!

I recently took delivery of a new ford vehicle, which had a small issue of the tailgate, not sitting quite correctly. the ford main dealer referred me to c & d services. the whole experience was outstanding. they listened to my problem, and were understanding. they whisked the car away into the workshop, and within a very short while, the car was back and the tailgate fitting was perfect. i would have no hesitation in recommending this company, and the management team i spoke with, certainly went that extra mile to ensure i was perfectly happy. thank you guys for a really great service..

Professional, polite, reassuring service with superb bodywork to my damaged car. from start to finish the team kept me in the loop regarding the waiting time for the parts to arrive and progress of the work, which was performed in a timely manner and to a very high standard. i cannot fault this repairer. special thanks to ashley, and to dave the manager.
