Used these people twice now. both non fault accidents. one was with a bus so the bus company nominated newbridge to carry out the repair. done a smashing job. so when someone drove into the side of the daughters car, we took it to them again. not the quickest, but it was a non fault claim & courtesy car provided. smashing job again.
Although i had to wait 2 weeks for them to replace my wing mirror (from an insurance claim ) i found their overall service good .the courtesy car was fine and their overall paperwork and approach to me was good . i was very pleased to find my car had been cleaned and washed and they had paid particular attention to the alloy wheels which are now spotless thank you .
Even though my car was classed as a total loss the management and staff really went out of there way to help me i got there well after hours the boss asked staff to open up so i could get personal belonging. from a previous accident to same car these people really know there stuff. thank you very much 😊. highly recommend 👍 top people that really care.
