Newbridge Accident Repair Centre Ltd

Used these people twice now. Both non fault accidents. One was with a bus so the bus company nominated Newbridge to carry out the repair. Done a smashing job. So when someone drove into the side of the daughters car, we took it to them again. Not the quickest, but it was a non fault claim & Courtesy car provided. Smashing job again.

Although I had to wait 2 weeks for them to replace my wing mirror (from an insurance claim ) I found their overall service good .The courtesy car was fine and their overall paperwork and approach to me was good . I was very pleased to find my car had been cleaned and washed and they had paid particular attention to the alloy wheels which are now spotless Thank you .

Even though my car was classed as a total loss the management and staff really went out of there way to help me I got there well after hours the boss asked staff to open up so I could get personal belonging. From a previous accident to same car these people really know there stuff. Thank you very much 😊. Highly recommend 👍 top people that really care.
