On the advice of my garage, I got my Audi S4's engine bay steam cleaned by Essex Steam Cleaning to make it easier for their mechanics to locate an oil leak. James did a great job getting the engine looking pristine - I have no hesitation in recommending Essex Steam Cleaning.

I didn’t get the chance to see if this service was worth it, arranged to get my engine cleaned for 2pm he wanted to do It later but I informed him I was working nights over that period so would be on a tight schedule not beeing free in the morning or evening, the person I spoke to agreed and we said I’d bring it in at 2, on the day the guy messaged me to confirm 9 in the moning, I was trying to get some sleep from having just worked night shift but no stress it didn’t wake me up, I woke up after about 5 hours of sleep so I could get it to him in time and get back into work and replied to his text to confirm, about 20 to too he messaged me again asking if I was comming, I said yes as I replied about 40 mins ago. The man then sent me a very abrasive text questioning why I didn’t reply earlier. I reminded him I was on nights and wasn’t up as we had discussed and he then told me he would not be making the appointment. I said no worries I’ll find somewhere else and reminded him that again I was on nights so wasn’t awake like we had discussed and he then continued to inform me how he wasn’t going to rush around, how I should of called him at 1 and how he has so much work he doesn’t need my Buisness, well good luck to you mate you won’t be getting my business anytime soon and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else uses him as this customer service is very very poor, I also question how much Buisness he takes as cash like he insisted I needed to pay 🤔
