I had an issue with my IPhone, so one of the store staff Jack attended to my issue. I was very very pleased with his helpfulness and clear customer focused attitude. I've been to the stores many times and they've never disappointed me. I give them 5 star .

I highly recommend this phone repair shop to anyone in need of fast, reliable and wonderful service. I have had multiple dealings with this store from several phone repairs to selling electronic items. I have always been extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, and they have always been able to sort the issues out quickly and at a reasonable cost providing great customer service throughout the entire process. I thought my phone had stopped working, so put it in for a repair estimate (for a fee). It was user error, and they waived the charge. Very fair. Recommended.

My phone hasn’t been charging properly for months on end now and when it finally stopped charging for good I went to these guys.. I was initially quoted 15 pound for a clean of the port of 50ish pounds if I needed a new port altogether. my phone was taken and given back to me within 5 mins in fully working order. I insisted on paying the cleaning fee as I run a business and appreciate time is money. The gentleman would not take my money and said he was just happy to of been able to help. Can’t recommend these guys enough if your having issues with your mobile.

We were recommended to this shop to buy accessories for my new iphone! It was a total pleasure to be served by Alex who was professional and kind and explained what was needed at a very good price! I had researched the accessories on Amazon but they were so much cheaper in the shop ! I will not hesitate recommending this shop and Alex to our friends ! Thanks for excellent customer service!!!!
