I have only had my fire 2 years, it was installed when I bought the house. Wasn't exactly sure what to expect. James was lovely, friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave me some great tips on the best way to use my stove and how to keep it looking his best. Very tidy, other than the cleanliness of the stove you'd never know that he came! Great value for money and will definitely be booking again for regular services.
