Store staff really helped me out when returning a product and my e receipt vanished from server staff managed to track my transaction and get it sorted 5 star customer service from basildon team

Nice range of products, just wished that River Island would stock these jeans in the store for 28/28 , unfortunately I have to purchase all my jeans on line for River Island

Great shop! It is one of the smaller stores though so doesn't stock much if any for the older kids sizes which is a shame but you can order online to collect at this store, really easy to do and very straight forward.
