Polite friendly staff always ready to help, nothing too much for them, Lauren always has a smile, excellent customer service! Wide range of clothes, not just for youngsters but for older ladies too. Good quality clothing at affordable prices. No refunds but exchanges or credit note, terms are quite clear, this is the norm for a lot of clothes shops. One of my favourite shops.

Bought a lovely chunky stylish silver necklace; and a black silky material jacket style top with silver button detail. Bargain - top was half price!
