Found Jim online and was a bit hesitant because you are unsure if anything on the internet says what it supposedly days. I was pretty desperate as I so badly need my laptop screen fixed. I called Jim and met up with him. He really lived up to the promise of fixing my laptop. SAME DAY. Very pleased as I just waited 30 mins. I would highly recommend him to anybody. Good value for money and very polite! Will come back definitely!

Absolutely fantastic service, Jim offered to take a look and within the same day he gave me a ring to come and collect it! I explained my issue and what i had tried to do to fix it and it was no hassle for them. Quick and professional, highly recommend.

BCR are very helpful when I took my laptop in as it was not performing well. Left it with them and now it works like a new laptop I would only use this company for the foreseeable future as they are friendly and very trustworthy and honest. Much appreciated for your help.
