Complete PC and Mac Services

I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Complete PC and Mac Services. From beginning to end I was kept up to date of what was happening with my MacBook repair, from the friendliest team you could ask for. My new MacBook lid looks as good as new, and to top it off the computer was cleaned inside and out, with fan software installed to improve its performance also. I would definitely use these guys any time I needed a repair, and would thoroughly recommend their services to anyone needing any repairs done

Absolutely fantastic service - I dropped my iMac off at 11am for a full clean, hard drive to SSD upgrade and office install and it was ready to collect at 5pm. Not only that but after collecting my iMac and bringing it home I needed technical assistance which Juliet provided at no extra cost over the phone. Staff were very friendly and helpful overall. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs any Mac technical assistance or services.

I very rarely give out 5 stars, But om this occaaion i will. Excellent service and communication throughout my experiance with Julie. Someone who obviously knows what they are talking about. A very quick turnaround from pick to delivery and a very pleseant person to talk with. I would very much recomend Julie in the future.

I own a photobooth & at a wedding last week, the computer died. And with so many upcoming events, I needed to get it fixed ASAP & by a professional. I had no clue what I needed to do but my partner suggested a computer repair company. I searched google & it come up with Complete PC & Mac Services. I contacted Juliette & she has been amazing from the start. Very patient with me (I'm not very technical). She spoke to me on her day off & arranged a time & day to collect the computer. And came out of her way to do so . Juliette made me her priority due to the urgency of the matter. I have wedding in a few days & needed it fixing fast. Juliette rocked up with a handbag full of screwdrivers... She took out the computer, wrote me a receipt & took the machine home with her. She got straight to work & updated me with absolutely everything. What she was doing, what wasn't working, what she needed to do to get the machine working again. Etc And she delivered it back, faster, with more memory & in time for my upcoming Wedding. She went above & beyond for me. A stranger that was in desperate need of her help. Juliette, thank you so much. I know I put alot of pressure on you. Words cannot describe how incredibly happy I am that you fixed it. Thank you again. Will tell everyone in the photobooth company all about you. Xx

A fantastic job on my laptop that I thought was beyond saving. New SSD and 8gb RAM, cleaned up, defragged etc - it's now a brilliant bit of kit and saved me £££s on an expensive replacement. Couldn't recommend Jules and her services more highly. 👍
