Karl was excellent ! i emailed him about saving my pc and getting it all set up and he manage to within a few days restore it and provide wonderful value. i can only say thank you for your service and also for helping me save hundreds which i would have forked out for a new laptop. highly recommended.
Karl came round and immediately sorted my old gaming rig. also taught me somethings to know about building and using pc's, highly recommend if you're having an issue with your rig!
Amazing quick response karl had a chat on the phone, then a very fast visit to my home. karl found the problem within 5 mins, i was previously told to buy another computer..... i actually ended buying a new motherboard.... it was not needed.... i wished i have found him years ago.. suzy h
