READ THIS CAREFULLY. We were given george as our solicitor, unfortunately he very rarely answered our messages, when you have a family member on remand and your messages are ignored it is very frustrating. I myself contacted the court on numerous occasions as George wasn't reliable to do this . I was the person who had to phone the court to get my family member a court date otherwise he would still be held on remand. I messaged george and gave him the date and time for him and the barrister to attend court and he didn't even acknowledge my message. I complained to jsp twice but still George did not change his attitude and ignored our calls. The 3rd time i complained he was taken off the case and we were given Zoe as our solicitor, believe me it was a breath of fresh air. Zoe was excellent in giving us the information and advice we needed , contacting the prison , the courts , it made our lives so much easier. The company are only as good as the person you deal with . So if i had Zoe from the beginning it would be 5 stars .. Thanks Zoe.

Couldn't of asked for better representation today with Carly pharoah she was so kind and does her job better than so many having so much empathy, and grace as she listens , in the court room she pulled through for me with ease.
