The lady dentist I see is lovely, the staff are friendly and helpful. They always get you in an emergency. My dentist is great, I'm a baby when it comes to my teeth, she's really good and makes you feel like there's nothing to worry about. She's been really good in sorting my teeth out, I would highly recommend this practice. Thank you basildon dental practice. 😊

I have always been a nervous patient at the dentists, but since transferring to this practice 3 years ago, and being under Bobby’s excellent care, I have never felt as safe and secure. Kind & caring service, great treatment, kept informed with options all the way along. 10/10.

My husband and I had our first appt at the surgery on Wednesday after searching since December 2022 to find an NHS dentist. We were both pleasantly surprised on the xare and attention all staff gave to us. The dentist Dr Dave was excellent, he worked on my husbands teeth skilfully and ensured he as aware of the problems with his gums before giving his teeth a thorough clean. He then saw me snd I was given a clean bill of health. I must also say what a great nurse he has, she was really chatty and put both my husband and I at ease. Well done to all.

Brilliant! The wonderful receptionist Chris was welcoming and very helpful over 2 visits, she’s been there for years and you can see why, quality and consistency. I saw Dr Dave, he was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Very happy with the work done as well as his follow up advice! The Hygienist Briar was the happiest, loveliest person in the whole NHS, if you’re nervous she’ll put you at ease. Places like this are why we need to value the NHS and our medical professionals! I wouldn’t go anywhere else or trust anyone else with my family’s dental treatments. 5 stars!
