After calling BB Appliances to check my washing machine which had stopped spinning mid cycle, I made the decision to replace it. Ben supplied and fitted my new integrated washing machine at a great price which included taking the old one away. He also took the kitchen unit door home to his workshop to change the hinge positions for the new washing machine door and fitted it the following week. Ben provided an excellent, professional service, is very friendly and polite. I would highly recommend.

A good experience from start to finish with Ben. Excellent clear communications, with promised call reference arrival time. Thorough job done on arrival with no embellishments and no hidden extra charges. A professional, un fussy job well done.

Came out to look at my oven (thankfully same day as I phoned) and was able to fix it there and then. Very quick, explained what was wrong and showed me so I never once felt like I was being taken on. Good price too. Honestly very happy, will definitely use again and would highly recommend! Cannot thank him enough 😊

Had noisy bearings on our washer/drying so called Ben and he popped around to check that was the issue then ordered a new drum and repaired my unit. Excellent service and a friendly manner with great communication throughout the process and a fair price, highly recommend.
