Organised and reliable, if Daisy said she would do something, she would deliver without needing to be chased. She took time to explain the more complex legal language to me and gave options as to how to proceed when bumps presented themselves. As I live close to the office, she was flexible and happy for me to pop down to the branch to run through what documents we'd need to share with the sellers.
