I worked closely with daisy across the sale of my flat and couldn't recommend her highly enough. organised and reliable, if daisy said she would do something, she would deliver without needing to be chased. she took time to explain the more complex legal language to me and gave options as to how to proceed when bumps presented themselves. as i live close to the office, she was flexible and happy for me to pop down to the branch to run through what documents we'd need to share with the sellers. would recommend tg highly, especially if you work with daisy (and her team)!

Daisy done an excellent job and helped successfully navigate through a set of particularly challenging obstacles which arose through various stages of the transaction. she helped to put my mind at ease, remained professional throughout and worked to provide effective solutions for problems. i was concerned i wouldn’t receive regular progress updates or be able to readily contact anyone but daisy was always available to discuss matters via phone, email responses were prompt and i rarely had to chase. overall a great experience and i would highly recommend.
