The team at SRC have been fantastic. Joshua and Charlotte were super friendly, very helpful and always happy to answer my questions. Massive kudos to Joshua for the hours (literally hours) he spent trying to help me and secure me a mortgage. Talking to a stranger about personal finances can feel uncomfortable but Joshua made me feel secure and showed no judgement of any kind, making the whole process far less stressful than it could have been. This is the first time I have ever felt truly looked after by a broker. I highly recommend SRC, they are worth the small fee and when I come to renew I will be personally asking for Joshua again.

SRC (Jack Avery) was incredibly helpful despite many things going wrong with an attempted purchase for a new build (Shared Ownership). I don't think I would have navigated the last year without Jack's advice and support. He was always quick to reply (even when brokers must have been in high demand due to raising interest rates) and balanced in his views/information shared.

My first point of contact was Toni. She was amazingly patient with me as we had numerous back and forth during my financial assessment. Really appreciate how she responded on time, on a daily basis, that it made me feel confident that someone was on my case. Then Jack was my advisor. The call with him, outlining the next steps, fees, etc., went very smoothly. He also has a calm yet professional demeanor about him. He didn't use financial/industry jargon while explaining things to me, which made me feel more reassured that this person knew his job in and out. Thank you Toni and Jack!
