Frankie & Benny's

Very nice, we took my grandson there, who is vegetarian and 9 years of age. Plenty of choice for him. Food nice and hot. Although they were short staffed and there was a very awkward family next to us, the waitress was efficient, kept smiling and courteous. We tipped accordingly, she deserved every penny. This was the Basildon, festival leisure park restaurant.

We had a good experience at this Frankie and Benny's. The food was delicious with generous portion sizes. The customer service was also very good. Bit on the pricey side but a good dining out experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Brilliant. We arrived to our reservation table with a high chair and kids drawing utilities ready for us. Been here a few times but never fails to amaze me how delicious the food is. Vegetarian & Vegan options are available for a lot of the dishes on the menu, perfect for anyone with those dietary requirements. Would've left a review months ago but the main reason I'm doing it today is: Melinda. She was our waitress for the evening and she was absolutely phenomenal! Super friendly, warm, catering and quick. Atmosphere nice as per usual and service excellent. Definitely recommend this exact branch!
