Rush Hair Basildon

Great haircut but this is the second time running that the receptionist has not found my appointment on the system, even though they’d sent me a txt to confirm the appointment. Bit of confusion as the receptionist cancelled my appointment on the day of the appointment. Think they have an issue with their booking system. All the staff there are lovely it’s just the booking system. The appointment had actually been booked over the phone so not sure how they can fix their problem.

First time I’ve been to Rush and was impressed by the professional attitude of all staff from receptionist to hairstylist. Made to feel welcome from the moment I stepped inside and nothing was too much trouble. Had hair washed and given a head massage and then had cut and blow dry. Was given refreshments which was a pot of tea and biscuits which was most welcome and very enjoyable. I felt very pampered and will definitely be returning

I had an amazing time in Rush, Aiste made a brilliant work with my hair, she spent hours to get my highlight as I wanted, and then my haircut. She is so good ~ a great professional!! I am 100% satisfied I definitely recommend it !

Dropped by on the off chance and they very kindly fitted me in. Lovely shop, a nice cup of tea provided and the products used smelled wonderful and performed great. The stylist was fabulous. Gave me exactly what I asked for plus some tips on care and styles I could consider in the future. I have already recommended her to my daughter and rebooked myself in for regular appointments going forward. Well worth the money.

Popped in first time. Greeted and sat down without delay, met with a stylist Maddie, brilliant listening and understanding me and my needs from the start. She is a real asset to the team!!! Great explaining products and took a genuine interest in what style and length I asked for. Beverages offered and tasty. Really happy overall!
