I've been with Academy for years - and they're so good I recommended them to my folks - who now use them too. I'm up North and they're down South, so everything is done via the phone and email, but Matt in the Basildon branch has always provided a fantastic service - nothing is ever too much trouble and his responsiveness and communication is first class. Matt is also proactive at renewal time, invariably proposing a better deal. The usual suspect comparison websites might save you a few pounds, but the level of personal service delivered by Matt and the team at Academy more than compensates. Truly a 5 star service.

I have been a customer for almost two years and I am more than happy to say they are the best! Sarah has went the extra mile every time I needed her to help, she has been extremely helpful, attentive to my businesses needs and have shown a great level of professionalism and friendliness sorting out things according to my needs very quickly.
