Fantastic service and beautiful jewellery. I was once the type to only buy from the main high street jewellery stores such as Goldsmiths… until I visited the shop. Service was flawless, jewellery is beautiful and quality is better than any high street store! My family and I have all been converted - we love this shop. My husband and I both bought ourselves new cross necklaces and they were more than happy for us to take our time - I even got my engagement and wedding ring polished and they’ve never looked better since brand new. Thank you again! 😊

Had loads of help from a few members of staff on different occasions when picking a diamond ring for my bday gift…they were very informative when choosing the right stone to ensure I was happy with what I chose. very happy, not just with the product but with the whole service. I contacted them about the Medusa ring I saw on their instagram, and they were very honest and straight with me through the whole process. They kept track of package to make sure the product was delivered on time and to the right location. They even checked in a few weeks after just to make sure everything was still to my liking.

The best jewellery shop I have ever come across! Spent a bit over the years in here! Staff are so friendly the young bloke always sorts me out, done me a deal today because I bought two items, absolutely love this shop! They also make custom items whatever you want they do it! Simply the best!!!

I had a ring custom made by the guys down at Frederick James of my logo seen in my picture above and WOW!, I could not be happier with the outcome from having an idea to making it reality, the quality of workmanship and detailing is incredible! the ring is perfect! they kept me in the loop the whole process with pictures and great communication I can not thank enough!
