Pleasant experience. carl was quick and helpful. reasonably priced and quick turn around. from enquiry call to changing locks was less than 2 hours.

Had a sudden lock failure on our front door. contacted lockfather and explained our problem. the office took our details and arranged an appointment time, the fitter was delayed on the job he was on and promptly informed us of the delay and to the new time of arrival. (considering it was a friday i wasn't to hopeful)! true to form him and his colleague arrived at the time they said and immediately went to work, they couldn't fix the lock due to new parts being required, they did however manage to fix it enough for us to be secure over the weekend. monday morning they arrived with the new part and fitted it sweet as a nut, again we were informed as to times and updated as to where they were! i was dreading the bill due to previous experiences with another locksmith years ago, however i have to admit that the prices are reasonable for a professional service. i can highly recommend the company for reliability and professionalism!

It is always a treat to find craftsman who take true pride in the quality of their workmanship and take time and care in the service they provide. i cannot fault the service i received by the lock father in any way, from the speed of service, communication leading up to my appointment, the issue being resolved, to the care and attention paid to doing the best job possible, left me thoroughly impressed and thankful that i choose the lock father over their competitors.

So pleased with the service received today from carl. called yesterday and front door lock had broken and we couldn't get in. he gave clear pricing. arrived today and fixed broken lock in good time. very knowledgeable. the cost was as he said it would be. no hidden charges, no time wasting and exceptionally reasonable. genuine guy. would give more stars if we could. thank you so much. will pass your number onto friends and family should they ever require a locksmith.

Don’t hesitate to use this company! i left my keys in my flat and found the lock father online, the lady over the phone was very helpful and friendly and booked my job in that was convenient to me. met the locksmith (carl was his name) told him my problem and within a blink of an eye he got me indoors! i used a previous locksmith a few years ago and they charged me over £300!!! you won’t get this trouble here, super friendly very reasonable price and they get the job done without breaking the locks or damaging anything! thanks again the lock father and special thanks to carl! will definitely recommend you to friends/family!!! :)
