He was helpful, knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with the bed purchased which was for my elderly mum and needed urgently. I honestly can’t thank him enough for the amazing service received. First class customer service .

I purchased three beds from Bensons, one in store and two online. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from George at the Mayflower store. Both with the initial in-store purchase and with the further assistance I needed. I had an issue with one of the online purchased beds which required a replacement part. I called customer services a few times and then decided to go to the Mayflower store to see if they could help. George was extremely helpful and was able to rectify my issue immediately. George knows his products well and he is an asset to the company. I would recommend this store and George for purchases
