Hi all i went on the test bed which accessed what sort of mattress i needed then was shown a few mattresses to try i found a lovely one at a good price and bought it straight away just waiting for it to be delivered i was served by joseph a very helpful and knowledgeable gentleman would defently recommend your store in basildon

Harry greeted us in store and was very knowledgeable, friendly and left us to try different mattresses, before coming back over to answer any of our questions. other staff members also were friendly and welcoming.

Really helpful tony knows his stuff. felt happy with all the choices. liked the bed match machine made us feel happier once tony showed us our options. answered our questions honestly. we choice divan with storage and new pillows. he makes nice cuppa as well. looking forward to our new bed coming. thank you

Just spent some time in dreams with tony, a great manager. we tried the dreams sleep match machine, he showed us the ranges available based on its results, and it guided us to the perfect mattress. we selected a new divan for storage, new pillows and arranged for everything to be delivered and the old one removed and recycled. he offered us drinks while we made our decisions and checked with us during the process in case we needed anything, great service from start to finish, would highly recommend if you're looking for a new bed, mattress or headboard.
