Got my phone changed stuff we're great
Had to go in store after getting nowhere on the phone with either virgin or o2 (30 mins + each). lady in there was so helpful, understood straight away my issue and resolved it instantly making sure everything was set up correctly. cannot recommend them enough and she was so friendly. thank you!
02 have recently stepped up their game with some good new deals, but i still think they’re a bit expensive.
