The people working here didn't just help me get a mortgage. When there was a problem in the chain and I needed some support and guidance, they were there to help. Nigel Wiles and Mackensie Walker were absolutely fantastic. No sooner had I called them explaining the problem, they were on the phone to Halifax getting it sorted out. Had they not helped me, I believe the whole chain would have collapsed. Thank you to both of them for literally dropping everything to support us with this. They then followed it up with emails and messages so I knew exactly what was going on. I would say they saved the day for us. People were threatening to pull out and we didn't know what was happening, but they didn't rest until it was resolved. Thank you so much. I would definitely recommend.

Great service from beginning to end. Nigel Wiles made a home visit to start the process and kept it simple and explained everything we needed to know. We were looking to find a new fixed rate for our mortgage and Nigel helped find the right rate for us. He got the application completed very quickly and as we started the process a few months before our current rate was due to end, he kept us informed of any better rates and ensured these were secured for us. Very professional and efficient service and would highly recommend.
