Boots Opticians Basildon - Town Square

These opticians are good at what they do. We take our kids there for regular eye check-ups. They make our kids feel comfortable and take special care when examining their eyes. Its always been pleasant dealing with them. They also send us annual eye check-up reminders which is handy. We get seen at the correct appointment time as well, and haven't experienced any delays in being seen.

I had my first eye test in Boots today and have to say my best ever. The optician was very thorough and easy to follow instructions. Then the staff sorting out my new glasses very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much for them. I would recommend them, great service.

Great service provided by everyone. One of the employees, Chloe, was especially helpful.
