Funny thing about the modern world. Cannot have wheels on chairs to help the disabled slide for eye test ! As health and safety but also have nothing for elderly or walking impared to hold on too! No hand rails .so for my cousin who finds it hard to walk without assistance,potentially set out bad. Staff did a great service so no fault there ,just design the aces to help

Had an emergency appointment made here following advice from NHS 111. When I arrived, the appointment had been made for the following day. I explained the situation to Yoin who checked with a colleague and made sure I was seen and had the necessary tests. He also followed up to check I saw the Optician. Lovely, clean and modern store and excellent care.

Lovely staff, exceptional service even when busy. Whole team were brilliant, from booking in, eye tests, to choosing new frames. Brilliant customer service Basildon team. Faultless! 👏👏👏
