My overall experience with the orthodontist Sharon was very pleasant and positive and thanks to you my daughters teeth is not only in better shape but her confidence has also increased so thank you so much and your assistance for your professional service and this is the reason for my review score. But I must say it is a shame that your reception staff (I don’t know her name but she does have an American accent) is your first point of contact as she is letting your service down with her conduct, and truthfully if we were not receiving treatment through NHS and was a paying customer then it is unlikely that I would have continued with the service based on my interaction with her. I spoke to her several times as we had to attend several appointments, and her manner was always abrupt, cold and not engaging, I felt like a stranger each time we spoke and It’s a shame as everyone else was very pleasant but you need to know and address this.

I am very happy with Dr Max Kazemi at New Smile Othodontis Balsidon. I started my treatments just before Covid {Age 56}. I have series of gaps and two missing teeth which am not very proud of, can not smile and I was gradually withdrawing from events that could make me smile or laugh. After the treatment I realise what I have been missing for years, simple smile without covering my mouth. He gave me all the courage and support I needed throughout the treatments, no complications of whatsoever. We cannot thank New Smile Orthodontics enough! Both of our children received their treatment from Sharon who was fantastic throughout. Not only was she calm and reassuring, but also very thorough and only removed their braces once she was totally satisfied. Our daughter had a large overbite which needed extensive treatment to correct but she now has the most perfect even smile, something she never thought possible. We highly recommend New Smile for their skilled orthodontists and excellent, professional service.

On the past 2/3 years I had the opportunity and the privilege of being a patient consulted by Dr. Sharon D at New Smile Orthodontist. Since the first visit I was thrilled with the service because unlike other Drs I visited Dr. Sharon gave me HOPE to start with. I had visited other clinics before and was told that "It was impossible to have great results in my situation" or that "I would have to go through surgery" to obtain the results I wanted. From that first consultation I knew I was in good hands and had found my preferred orthodontist. Dr. Sharon and her skilled team worked seamlessly together and have always been exceptional in caring; professionalism; knowledge; punctuality and availability to help with my needs. My questions and my decisions were always taken into consideration. I felt comfortable and welcomed at every appointment even thought sometimes I had to be accompanied with my 2 babies who were always acknowledged and kindly welcomed too. I am beyond impressed with the level of expertise and personalized attention provided. I am even more impressed with the results I obtained which were way beyond my expectations! As the treatment progressed I could see significant improvements in my smile and dental alignment and I was happy with every little achievement; but it was on the day I took the braces off that it felt like a new version of myself was born. The results for me went beyond what can be seen physically and I am forever grateful for this journey with New Smile Orthodontics. For all the reasons above I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for orthodontic care; my journey to a confident smile would not have been the same without them!
