I had a few spiders between my two window screens which felt home and cosy and was really worried as I am terrified of them. I contacted Wayne on Thursday evening and had a response first thing on Friday. He explained the treatment and what I needed to do for optimal efficiency afterwards. Called Wayne and explained I had a bee issue which he immediately identified was a wasp issue. Said he come tomorrow but I was working so he came in the next 20 mins, how's that for service. Sprayed my nest, job done. Very reasonable and likeable, knowledgeable guy. Will use again.

I have used Wayne twice now, once for a wasp nest removal to which he was on time, professional and very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. He explained everything he was doing and ensured the safety of my family whilst he attended to the wasp nest. He followed up with how to proceed going forwards once the infestation has gone with preventative measures we can put in place.
