Vinita is magical. she just seems to sense what is going on with you as you walk through the door. she is so calm and helped me immensely. definately go visit and try accupuncture. i will forever be recommending her. cannot thank you enough.

Vinita is a highly qualified and experience practitioner. i've visited first4therapy for a number of physio issues i've had over the years and vinita has always been spot on with her diagnosis and treatment. more recently i had a leg/knee injury and vinita's medical opinion was more valuable and helpful than many consultants i'd seen both privately and via the nhs. highly recommended.

I needed physiotherapy for my shoulder pain and found first4therapy online. after discussing my symptoms with vinita, she suggested an mri and after that i had a course of physiotherapy sessions with her. she is very professional and also a nice person – i felt at ease during the treatments. as i’m now pain-free i just need to continue my exercises at home to keep my shoulder mobility. i’m very satisfied with the service i received and it’s a bonus that she is also a listed professional at my private insurance provider so i could have treatment covered by them.

After getting nowhere with the nhs and no physio appointment until end of september for only a telephone call. i needed my knee looking at quicker. omg! so so happy i saw vinita she is amazing, friendly and has healing hands 😊. after nearly 12 weeks in pain i feel so much better and hopefully on the mend. i would recommend first4therapy physiotherapy 100% 😊
