I was really impressed with the marketing and the quality of the photos — It really made our flat stand out from the crowd. We unfortunately lost our buyer due to a change of their circumstances. But Les and his team got us back on the market immediately without hesitation and communicated his thoughts on how to get it all moving again, which really reassured us in that stressful but very short period as we are back under offer within just 10 days of losing our original buyers. We had a slip through our letter box just when had considered pulling out of the market with the sale of our property for various reasons.
