Yeah it was good experience nothing extraordinary but there is obviously a lot of the parking space outside so you shouldn't have a problem with finding a spot and as it is just next to the front door very short distance to walk. I will probably come back on some stage and I can recommend it to other people without any problems...

Absolutely disgusting customer service! Will never be returning. Waited to be served for so long then to be held up at the till because the staff are so incompetent and unable to authorise anything. Payment went through but reciept wasn't printed due to the terrible system. Then to be stopped at the door saying we couldn't leave as reciept wasn't printed out! 10 mins later they say it went through. Asked to speak to manager who wasn't there apparently! But then got told the approval at the till was from a manager. Absolute joke of a service and everyone needs to be sacked!

Loads of stock, but hardly any staff. How are you supposed to try on shoes when there is only the left available. Also, almost no customers but I still had to queue at the tills.

Purchased 3 tops Calvin Klein, all xl one was like an xxxl, one was like a medium and one was good, took back to shop clueless assistant said it the different material and the individuals body, 2 of tops were same material would not refund there clothes are like cheap knock offs keep clear

Alex the manager at the mayflower branch really helped me loads , he was searching through old transactions for almost an hour at the till and going through old receipt amounts and returns until he finally resolved my problem and rectified it. I am very happy with the help from the floor staff and the time and patience it took for Alex to resolve this for me. Excellent 👌
