TGI Fridays - Basildon

Was disappointed in the taste of the cocktails nd mocktails and the drink presentation was just so bad compared to the usual. Normally I go tgi I get my drink served with the lil cherry on the side or some strawberry or so. The taste was just a big No for me. I make better drink at home. I normal get those specific drink everytime I go tgi. But was the worst I've tasted it at this tgi and it was also my 1st time at this 1.

Had a brilliant meal at TGIs. Amy looked after us very well, very attentive, making sure we were happy with every course very good experience will come back again

Haven't been to a TGIs in about 10 years as they started to go downhill. I was pleasantly surprised how they've bounced back but there are still niggles. Started with some brilliant chicken wings, haven't had hot wings as good as this since Chili's packed up and left the UK. The burger wasn't quite right, badly lacking seasoning and no one could find us any ketchup in the building to liven it up. Staff couldn't be friendlier but it's a little sad when an American style diner can't find a bottle of Heinz anywhere.

Had a great time here! Server Frankie.S was amazing, very friendly, made us feel welcomed, and not in a false way! Great plate handling skills also! Thank you, will definitely be returning!
