The staff were helpful and found me the best price for my needs. They are open late one evening and during the day Sundays which means that we have been able to take things to the unit at times convenient to us. The units are clean and well lit, with sufficient trolleys to help transport items to and from your unit.

I had a really good experience using the Safestore facility in Basildon. The staff were friendly and very helpful, not only in explaining and arranging the contract, but also in answering queries whenever I phoned them. Well done guys, I wish all businesses were this professional and customer focussed.

Perfect. Arranged easily and booked while we were having new flooring installed. Arranged virtually everything via email. When we arrived they came out to the van to do a photo for ID as I'm a wheelchair user and couldn't get my wheelchair out due to all the boxes we had, so thank you for being so helpful (I was driving while my husband was unloading boxes). Easy to access the storage, with lifts and trolleys available. Easy to access the site too. Will use again if we need storage. Thank you
