Top, top service. Easy online booking system and great customer service. Driver arrived just a couple of minutes early and then was accommodating with my request to stop at a cash point, as well as taking care to make sure he was dropping me to the door of my destination. An all-round smooth and pleasant experience — exactly what getting a taxi should be like but rarely is.

Car was very clean and smelt good. Driver was friendly and talkative. Got me and my son home safe in at 4am. Thankful taxi was running to late at night/early in the morning.

I used this service a lot when working in Basildon, I found all the drivers to be really nice but they do need to give you a chance to pop your seat belt on before driving off! I found the system let me down a few times. First time users, be careful when booking through the automated phone line, as they will pick you up from your last destination and not from where your calling. Also, be careful when you book without paying on the phone, for some reason this held up my taxi, I'm not sure if I simply had a trainee phone operator, but the system put me behind time as I had to call in twice as my taxi didn't arrive and this was all down to not paying over the phone and my taxi not being released. All taxis nice and clean and pleasant driving.
