What an amazing company!. i cant fault them. collected my 88yr old mum my 98yr old auntie and my 96yr old auntie with 3 wheelchairs and a carer to attend my daughters wedding. the driver was amazing very very helpful, went above and beyond just being a cabbie! arrived in good time and collected them. definitely 5**** service! thank you!
Brilliant taxi service!! had to attend nhs clinic appointment so rang value cars to pre-book a taxi. man i spoke to was very friendly and told me how long the journey would take, what time the taxi would need to pick me up and an estimate of cost. on the day i received a text message telling me my taxi was on the way, and when it arrived i got another text with the cars registration number. driver was polite and got us to the appointment on time and cost was the same as the estimate. will definitely be using this company again.
I can’t believe how kind my driver was so kind & polite . i have always in the past used your cars , i’m disabled now & don’t go out too often. thank you you did a great service for me. god bless
