Giggling Squid - Billericay

Came here for the first time this evening and the food was amazing. The staff were super friendly and the atmosphere was lovely! I’m not used to eating Thai cuisine but wanted to try expand my palate a bit and I’m so glad I did! Deffo coming back. The chubby cheek pork was honestly the best pork I’ve eaten. And the trio of desserts was lovely too!

Food was amazing, full of flavours. Exciting & attractive dishes served in baskets & themed crockery. Vast menu with plenty of excellent choices, with a large drinks menu, including fun cocktails. Service was friendly & polite. Food was excellent. It was my first taste of Thai and really looking forward to going back for more. It was easy to book a table on line via their website. Service was friendly, good full of flavour and well presented. It did get a little nosey but that is due to its popularity.

The food was ok - I had to ask for soy sauce as it was a tad bland. The coconut rice was good - had the black sesame ice cream; unusual but if you don’t like sesame then possibly not for you.

What a lovely meal. Very tasty. Decent sized portions. The tastes are amazing. It's like a party in your mouth. Will be going again.
